How do I view which members have no active package?

Identifying lapsed or unpackaged members

Using the Member Report The Member Report lists all members with their package and payment status. Filter it to find members without an active package: Reports >> Member Report >> filter by Package Status = None/Inactive Using the Members List 1. Navigate to Members >> Manage 2. Use the filter or search options to filter by Status = Active but Package = None . What to Do With Unpackaged Members • Contact them to renew or purchase a package. • If they should no longer be members, deactivate their profiles. • Check if they have outstanding invoices that need to be resolved. Members Without Packages in the Debit Batch Members without an active package will not appear in the debit batch.
