Partial Period Upgrade If upgrading mid-cycle, the member may be charged a prorated amount for the upgraded package for the remaining days of the current period. Communicate this to the member in advance. Downgrade at Renewal To downgrade at the start of the next cycle (without immediate change), set the current package end date to the last day of the current billing period and assign the new package from the first day of the next period.
