How do I temporarily deactivate or freeze my membership?
Pausing your facility membership through Octiv
For Members To temporarily freeze or pause your membership, contact your facility directly. You cannot self-pause a membership from the member app — this must be done by your facility For Facility Admins — Placing a Member on Hold Members >> [Member] >> Actions>> Place on Hold To remove hold status, navigate to the same location and select Remove Hold. Billing will resume from that date.
