How do I run the trainer report?
Session and class counts and payroll estimates per trainer.
The trainer report (also called the coach report) shows how many and which classes and sessions each trainer has delivered over a period, plus an estimate of their earnings.
Running the report
Go to Reports >> Attendance >> Trainer. Filter by Location and a Date From / Date To range. You can download the results with the CSV Export button.
What the report shows
One row per trainer, with these columns:
- Classes — the number of classes the trainer delivered.
- Earned (Classes) — estimated earnings from those classes.
- Sessions — the number of sessions the trainer delivered.
- Earned (Sessions) — estimated earnings from those sessions.
Adding a trainer rate (for the earnings estimates)
The Earned columns only populate once you've set the trainer's rate on their staff profile: Settings >> Staff >> [Trainer Name], then add a class rate and/or session rate. Note the difference between a class rate (group class) and a session rate (personal training).
⚠ The trainer report gives an estimate of earnings — it isn't a full payroll system. Use it as an overview and cross-reference with your payroll process.
Make sure the right trainer is assigned
For accurate reporting, confirm the correct trainer is assigned to each class or session when you create or edit it: Scheduling >> [Class] >> Edit >> Trainer.
