# How do I get help with a Discovery Vitality query?
## Quick checks, how to reach Discovery, and following up on a reported query.
Your Vitality points, free VFit workouts, Vitality Pay and bookings made in the Discovery app are all managed by **Discovery**. For anything about these, Discovery is the team that can help you.
**Before you contact Discovery, check these quick fixes**
- Your Discovery Vitality account is **linked** in the Octiv app, and your **Date of Birth and ID number are correct**. Tap your **profile (the circle in the top-left corner) \>\> General \>\> Discovery Vitality** to check them.
- You were **booked into the class**, and you **checked in and out yourself** in the app (not at the front desk).
- You attended for at least **30 minutes**.
- Points can take **1–3 business days** to show in your Discovery app.

**How to contact Discovery**
You can chat to Discovery's virtual agent, **Ask Discovery**, or to a Vitality consultant. Consultants are available **24/7, Monday to Sunday**.

- **Website:** start a chat on the [Discovery website](https://www.discovery.co.za/corporate/whatsapp-registration-journey).
- **Phone:** call **0860 99 88 77** on weekdays between 07:00 and 18:00.
**Already reported a problem to Vitality?**
If you've already raised it with the Vitality team, please wait for their feedback. Sometimes Vitality's technical team asks Octiv's technical team to look into a problem. When that happens, Octiv gives its feedback to Vitality, and Vitality updates you.
Octiv Support can't see, influence or speed up an investigation that was raised through Vitality, so the Vitality team is your best contact for updates.
