Accessing facility contracts and agreements in the Octiv app
Viewing Your Contract in the App
To view the contract or terms and conditions linked to your membership:
- Open the Octiv app.
- Navigate to My Profile in the top left hand circle
- Select Contracts and Waivers
- Download either or both to review
If you cannot find this section, contact your facility directly — they can resend the contract or waiver link to you via email
