Viewing Your Contract in the App To view the contract or terms and conditions linked to your membership: 1. Open the Octiv app. 2. Navigate to My Profile . 3. Select Contracts and Waivers 4. Download either or both to review If you cannot find this section, contact your facility directly — they can resend the contract or waiver link to you via email
