How do I create an Octiv profile for a child?

Setting up child member profiles in Octiv

Every Profile Requires a Unique Email Address Octiv requires a unique email address for each profile. Children who do not have their own email address can be registered using a variation of a parent's email address. Option 1 — Email Sub-addressing (Recommended) Most email providers (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) support sub-addressing using a+symbol. For example: • Parent email: parent@gmail.com • Child profile email: parent+child@gmail.com Emails sent to the child's address will still arrive in the parent's inbox. Use this as the child's Octiv email address. Option 2 — Contact Octiv Support If you need guidance on setting up family accounts or linking a child to a parent profile, contact support@octivfitness.com for advice specific to your facility's setup. Adding a Child to an Existing Member's Profile Direct family/household account linking within a single profile is not currently a self-service feature. Contact Octiv Support to discuss the options available for your facility.
