How do I change my facility or location name?
Facility and location name changes are made by Octiv Support — email us the new name. You can update your invoice details, comms and logo separately, anytime.
Facility and location name changes can only be made by Octiv Support — there's no way to change them yourself. Email support@octivfitness.com with the location and the exact new name, and we'll update it for you.
Updating your other details
Your sender name, invoice details, logo and location details aren't tied to the name change — you can update them yourself at any time so everything matches:
- Settings >> Comms — sender name, signature, logo and reply-to
- Settings >> Accounts — invoice details
- Settings >> Facility & Location — location details
