How do I cancel a member's booking or membership?
Step-by-step guide for admin-side cancellations
Cancelling a Single Class Booking Navigate to the class in the schedule and remove the member from the booking: Schedule >> [Class] >> Attendees >> [Member] >> Remove Cancelling a Membership / Package 1. Go to Members >> Manage >> [Member Name] . 2. Navigate to the Packages tab. 3. Click Actions next to the relevant package. 4. Select Cancel or add an end date to the package. ⚠ Cancelling a package does not automatically remove the member's access immediately in all cases. Confirm the member's status changes to Inactive if they should no longer have access to the facility. Member Still Has Access After Cancelling If a member still appears to have access after their membership was cancelled: 1. Check the member's profile for any additional active packages. 2. Confirm the cancellation took effect by checking the package end date. 3. If access persists incorrectly, contact Octiv Support.
