How do I buy a package in the Octiv app?

Buying a Package Through the App 1. Open the Octiv app. 2. Navigate to Packages. 3. Select Buy New Package & browse available packages and select the one you want. 4. Complete the purchase Package Not Appearing in the App If you cannot see a package you expect to purchase, contact your facility — the package may need to be manually assigned to you, or it may be a hidden package not available for self-purchase. I Bought the Wrong Package — Can I Get a Refund? Contact your facility with the package name and purchase date so that they can investigate the purchase and assist you Can I Buy a Drop-In for a Friend? Each Octiv profile is individual and tied to a unique email address. Packages purchased on your account cannot be transferred to another person's account. Your friend would need their own Octiv profile to book a drop-in session. Where Can I View My Invoices in the App? Invoices, both paid and unpaid, and payment history are visible in the app under My Profile >> Billing >> Invoices.
