Setting a Member's Primary Location Members >> [Member Name] >> Profile >> Account Details >> Primary Location >> Update Bulk Location Assignment For large migrations (e.g. moving all members from one branch to another), compile a list of member names and emails and contact Octiv Support — bulk reassignment can be performed on the backend. Why Location Assignment Matters • Members must be assigned to the correct primary location to see that location's class schedule in the app. • Debit batches may be location-specific — members assigned to the wrong location may appear in the wrong batch. • Vitality vetting is per-location — members at an un-vetted location will not have Vitality functionality. Member Can Access Multiple Locations A member can be linked to more than one facility in Octiv. The Primary Location determines which schedule they see by default. Members can switch between their linked facilities in the app.
