Activating new members who are stuck in Pending status
What Pending Status Means A member in Pending status purchased a limited package via the Sign up widget and still has an unpaid invoice— usually because they did not finish online payment or wants to pay via cash/eft . They cannot book or access the app until activated or when payment is completed. Steps to Activate a Pending Member manually 1. Navigate to Members >> Manage or go to your dashboard and click on the yellow banner for pending members 2. Find the pending member in the list (filter by status and name if needed). 3. Tick the checkbox next to their name on the left, or actions (three dots) on the right 4. Click Activate . If the Member Needs to access to the app Resend the welcome email so the member can complete their onboarding: Members >> [Member Name] >> Actions >> Send welcome email Ask the member to check their spam folder if the email does not arrive. Manually Activating Without Payment (duplicate?) If you want to activate a member before payment is collected (e.g. for a trial or grace period), tick the checkbox next to their name and click Activate. You can then assign a package and configure billing separately.
